Our founder, Mercy Agbagwa, a CERTIFIED breastfeeding specialist had a terrible experience breastfeeding her son, Jidenna in 2020. She struggled specifically with flat nipples which led to a very bad and painful latch, engorgement and also low milk supply. These breastfeeding issues almost pushed her into postpartum depression and made enjoying the early stage of motherhood very difficult for her. The issues she faced led her in search of a solution and that is how Jiden Nigeria was birthed in January 2021
